ÖGER TOURS Terms & conditions (german language)

General Standard Terms and Conditions of the CEVENTOURS-AGENCY
Acceptance of a booked race event
With my application and participation in the event booked by CEVENTOURS I herewith accept the regulations of the IAAF and the promoter's form of organization. I am aware that I participate at my own risk and that I have no right to claim for liability against the promoter. I accept the non-warranty of the promoter, the organizers, the city council's or their representatives, and the sponsors of the race, if I should be injured or harmed in any way through my participation at the event. This non-warranty is also valid for my accompanist. I confirm explicitly the validity of the data given by myself and promise not to transfer my starting number to anyone else. I accept the gratuitous publication of my race results, photos, video recordings and filming.
I herewith announce that I am healthy and sufficiently trained. My participation is only valid after the entry of my application and fee (Note about federal data protection law: your data are saved electronically.) In the case of non-participation you cannot claim a refund of the starting fee. If the event should be cancelled due to reasons for which the promoter cannot be held responsible (e.g. storms, circumstances beyond our control), the fee won't be refunded either. The registration is only valid when the fee is entered, too. Abatements and additions on the application form are non-representational. The conditions are automatically accepted with the application.

As a basic rule for all installed links on the site:
We have no influence whatsoever on the design or contents of the links. For this reason we herewith dissociate ourselves explicitly from the content of the links on our site and do not adopt it.

With the decision of May 12, 1998 the state court of Hamburg has decided that one bears in some cases responsibility for the content of links installed in one's own site. This can according to the state court only be prevented by an explicit dissociation from the said content.
