Certificates
Every participant receives a certificate after the race. A delivery by mail will be charged.

Children's rate
There is no children's rate for the travel packages.

Chronometry
Will be done after reaching the finish line. Timekeeping is only possible if the starting number is visible on the front part of the runner's t-shirt. Attention - Finish has to be reached alone. No overtaking at the finish. There will be no intermediate time for the marathon or half marathon. For the team-marathon the last runner's finish time will be valid.

Classification
According to age: M/F 20, M/F 35, M/F 40, M/F 45, M/F 50, M/F 55, M/F 60, M/F 65 etc. For the half marathon same classification is applied.

Clothesbags
Clothesbags will be transported by busses from the start to the finish and can be picked up when returning the start number. Delivery of luggage and changing clothes on market busses in the starting area. Reception of the luggage after the race on market busses which will be parking at the stadium.

Conditions of participation:
For the qualification of the marathon all male or female participants must be born in 1988 or earlier and be trained sufficiently. For the half marathon all participants must be born in 1990 or earlier and equally trained for the race. The starting number must be worn visibly and unchangedly on the front part of the race jersey and is not transferable. The change of the official number or especially the bending, making the ad invisible or illegible can cause disqualification.

Confirmation of registration
After the reception of the payment you will receive a note of confirmation. Money transfers must be made at the same time with the application form. No payment will be accepted 14 days after the sending of the form. There won't be any statement of confirmation with the direct debit. The charging off is accepted as a confirmation for the direct debit. No confirmations sent after February 23, 2006.

Course
The course is measured and accredited according to the standards of the IAAF (Jones Counter). It is asphalted with no great difference in altitude and leads out of the city of Antalya along the beautiful coast, past Antalya's sights up to the new district Lara Beach and back again. The half marathon will be done on the same course and there will be an an additional turning point.

Course visit
March 18th, 2006 Saturday from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. incl. drive to the pasta party and delivery of the racing documents. ÖGER TOURS clients: respective information will be given to you through the information boards in hotels booked by ÖGER TOURS. The other participants: Meeting time and place for the tour of the race track is on March 18th, 2006 at 3.00 p.m. at the Culturecentre "Glasspyramid".

Discount for early bookings
For the travel packages there is no discount in case of early bookings. For the discount of race fees click here.

Disqualification
The starting number must not be transferred to anybody else. Disqualification takes place in case of shortcuts or forbidden leaving of the course as well.

End of race
End of race for all contests will be 02.00 p.m.

Evaluation
After the last female/male runner has reached the finish line. Classification:
According to age:M/F 20, M/F 35, M/F 40, M/F 45, M/F 50, M/F 55, M/F 60, M/F 65 etc. For the half marathon same classification is applied.

Finish
For the marathon, half marathon and the team marathon the finish will be the Atatürk stadium in the centre of Antalya.

Fruits
Beverages will be supplied from the 6th km onwards every 5 km. From the 15th km onwards and at the finish there will be a supply of fruits as well. If it should be extremely hot there will be additional stations.

Fun Run
3 km Fun Run - Start at 8.30 a.m. Participation is free but there won’t be any time-keeping. The finish will be next to the Atatürk Stadium.

Info-Desk
From 10.03.2006 guidance offered by ÖGER TOURS personnel on arrival at the airport in Antalya. From 15.03.2006 at all hotels booked by ÖGER TOURS.

Insurance and liability
Participation is done at own risk. Neither the promoter, executer, organizer (Ceventours) nor the municipality of Antalya accept any kind of liability. This is also valid for accidents and lost properties. It is strongly recommended to undergo a detailed medical examination by a sports doctor. With the reception of the starting documents every participant declares explicitly that he and his team members have no health problems.

Last minute registrations
Last minute registrations or changes can be made directly at the place of event on March 18th, 2006 during the distribution of the race numbers at the culturecentre the glasspyramid.

Race standards
The International ÖGER Antalya Marathon will be held according to the standards of the IAAF.
Racers provision
Provisions brought by the racers can be delivered for storage until the pasta party and at the latest at 7.45 a.m. at the shuttle in the starting area (Republic square).

Race time
Starting time hand biker: 07.45 a.m.
Starting time marathon: 08.00 a.m.
Starting time team marathon: 08.00 a.m.
Starting time fun run: 08.30 a.m.
Starting time semi-marathon: 09.30 a.m.

Refreshments
Beverages will be supplied from the 6th km every 5 km. From the 15th km onwards and at the finish there will be a supply of fruits as well. If it should be extremely hot there will be additional stations.

Refund of race fees
In the case of non-participation you cannot claim a refund of the starting fee. If the event should be cancelled due to reasons for which the promoter cannot be held responsible (e.g. storms, circumstances beyond our control), the fee won't be refunded either.

There will be assistance in german, english, and turkish at the food supply stops. From the 15th km onwards and at the finish there will be a supply of fruits as well. If it should be extremely hot there will be additional stations. There will be medical care along the course and at the finish area. Locker rooms, showers, and lockers for clothes bags will be at the finish area.

Showers
Shower facilities will be at the finish area.

Shuttle-Service
Departure at 07.50 a.m. from the republic square. Carries provisions brought by runners and the teamrunners to care and relay points. There is also a special bus for racers who has given up.

Start
All races start at the Republic Square in front of the town hall of Antalya. The finish is in the Atatürk Stadium in the centre of Antalya, 5 minutes away from the start.

Stickers
At the start all runners will receive one sticker that will be stucked on their numbers. During the race every marathon runner will receive 2 stickers and every semi-marathon runner will receive coloured stickers on the track from the Turkish Athletics Federation.

Will be executed by the Turkish Athleticism Federation and Ceventours.

Transportation
Transportation services between the hotel and marathon start as well as between the finish and the hotel and the transport from and to the airport are included in the travel package.

T-shirts
A so-called "finisher t-shirt" is included in the race fee for every participant

Walking
Walkers are welcome, yet they are not evaluated separately. Nordic walking is forbidden.
